This is a large intranet application, which facilitates the secure online credit rating processing for large International Bank. This application contains various databases like Credit Information, Customer Information, Financial Information, ICF Database, Contacts Management and Administration database. This system maintains all the data for the customers and whenever there is a loan application for each customer the approval process looks at the history of the customer and helps in making decision for the loan officers. The loan officers can generate a credit exposure report for each customer to make a decision. This system also had an interesting web printing feature whereby the Loan officers could print the financial reports from web in a well laid out template format using Jet Forms (now Adobe has taken over this product).

BTM deals with only corporate customers for their North American Operations. This system automates their Loan Processing system. BTM Loan Operations department receives the instructions for loans through faxes. This system converted the faxes to electronic documents using enterprise fax server (initially omtool and later upgraded to Genifax). These documents were routed to a database whereby each department under the Loan Operations department (like Loan Control Department (LCD), Structured Financial Group (SFG), Branches like Chicago and Houston) can access only their documents and processes the loan applications. Some times these transitions need inter department approval. The workflow also had provision for that too. This system also allowed the users to create the funding worksheets and break funding worksheets (how the loan would be funded is defined in these) and these funding worksheets were attached to the main loan application. The users could generate various reports to check the status and print transaction details. All the incoming faxes were reconciled using an automated process that would check the number of loan faxes received by the fax server and reconcile it with the electronic faxes received by the Loan department users. |

A web based solution for ADR conversions –cross border security transactions. It is the platform for ADR broker dealers and investors, to execute exchanges of ADR's of ordinary shares (ORD's) of non-United States issuers.
We provided the complete software development lifecycle using UML methodology including requirements gathering, use cases, design and development Technical design for the project .The design and implementation of parsing and validation engine for processing trades execution reports were in CSV and XML format.
The Commissions System Re-Engineering involved replatforming the existing legacy Commissions applications to a rule based solution. The new solution supports the existing enrichment processes and allow for a flexible system that would respond favorably to changing business needs. The new solution has enhanced the existing reporting process while leveraging the Equities Federated Data Mart capabilities. The initiative aimed at improving the sales and performance management capabilities by means of a robust data enrichment process that will improve the data quality.
The new Equities Commission system separates the GL Posting for Equities and PWM, reduces operating cost and delivers several significant business benefits. |
